Pushpanjali Floriculture (PFL) was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 on September 20, 1995 with the main object of setting up an Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Floriculture and the Certificate of Commencement of Business on November 22, 1995.
