Scan Projects Ltd. Formally Known as Ambala Cements Ltd. was originally incorporated at 20-02-1992 Under the Companies act 1956. It was subsequently converted into a Limited Company. The Company was established as a Mini Cement Plant and entered in Manufacturing & Sale of Cement. In the Initial Years Co. performed well but thereafter due to swear recession in Cement Industry, high cost of raw material and non availability of raw materials company decided to close the cement manufacturing activity.
